Optimization scheme of micro-nano powder dispersion

Wanzhao Chemical has developed a unique process to prepare a series of high-end dispersants. Different dispersant models are suitable for the dispersion of powders with various particle sizes and shapes ranging from 10 nm to 5,000 nm, such as carbon nanotubes, graphene, metal powders (including rare earth), metal oxide powders (including rare earth oxides), gallium nitride, silicon carbide, aluminum nitride, diamond, etc. Through reasonable design, the fit with the powder surface and the steric hindrance and charge interaction of the dispersant itself, the dispersion can be improved. 

This series of dispersants does not contain alkali metals and has excellent thermal decomposition performance, which can be widely used in ceramics, semiconductors, coatings and other fields.
