Strengthening scheme of waterborne nano-coating

Wanzhao Chemical uses natural materials to prepare high-quality nano-coating reinforcing agent through rigorous technology. The reinforcing agent is composed of a two-dimensional mesh, which has the advantages of high strength, high toughness, hydrophilicity, anti-sedimentation, environmental protection, non-toxicity, antibacterial, and assisted film formation. When used in coatings of any water-based system, it can not only improve the thermal stability and decomposition resistance of coatings during storage, but also increase the compactness, barrier property and transverse mechanical strength of coatings. Data show that under certain circumstances, the tensile and tear resistance of nano-coating can be increased by 30-50%.
