High-quality nano-montmorillonite is prepared by a unique process in Wanzhao Chemical Kaiyi Middle School. The product is made of smectite clay (including calcium-based, sodium-based, sodium-calcium-based and magnesium-based montmorillonite) through peeling, dispersion, purification and modification, ultrafine grading and special organic compounding. Its average wafer thickness is less than 25nm, and the montmorillonite content is higher than 98%. It has good dispersion performance and is widely used as an additive for nano-polymer materials in polymer materials industry. The application of polymer can be added during polymerization or blending during melting (usually screw blending). After years of practical application, the products have stable quality and excellent performance.
