PP heat-resistant nucleation master batch

Wanzhao Chemical uses a unique process to prepare high-quality nucleated heat-resistant master batch, which can improve the nucleation, crystallization and heat resistance of PP. The product is mainly made up of nano-inorganic-organic coated nucleated crystallization and heat-resistant dispersion as the main functional materials, which makes up for the application limitation caused by the functional failure of conventional products due to single nucleation or agglomeration. It can be widely used in the modification and molding of polyester products such as PP; It has obvious effect on improving the crystallization speed of PP, the heat resistance of products and the mechanical properties of materials.
According to the use requirements, we can generally mix and modify the products with the addition amount of 3-5% (the total amount of PP raw materials) or directly shape the products.
Functional features:
1. Nano-inorganic-organic coating has high dispersibility and compatibility with PP;
2. The effective functional components such as Si, Al, Mg, Ti, C and other organic and inorganic nucleation are mainly heat-resistant and oxidation-resistant;
3. The processing temperature of the master batch is 170-210℃;
4. Adding 3-5% can obviously improve the crystallization speed, heat resistance and mechanical properties of PET/PBT.
