PET/PBT heat-resistant nucleation master batch

Wanzhao Chemical uses a unique process to prepare high-quality nucleated heat-resistant master batch, which can improve the nucleated crystallization and heat resistance of PET/PBT. The products are mainly composed of nano-inorganic-organic coated nucleated crystallization and heat-resistant dispersion, which makes up for the limited application of conventional products due to single nucleation or agglomeration. It can be widely used in the modification and molding of polyester products such as PET/PBT. It has obvious effect on improving the crystallization speed, heat resistance and mechanical properties of PET/PBT.
According to the use requirements, we can generally add 3-5% (the total amount of PP raw materials) to evenly mix, modify and extrude, or directly form products.
Functional features:
1. Nano-inorganic-organic coating has high dispersibility and compatibility with PET/PBT;
2. The effective functional components such as Si, Al, Mg, Ti, C and other organic and inorganic nucleation are mainly heat-resistant and oxidation-resistant;
3. The overall material processing temperature of the master batch is 210-250℃, and the drying temperature is 120℃ for 4hr;
4. Adding 3-5% can obviously improve the crystallization speed, heat resistance and mechanical properties of PET/PBT.
