VOC-PP masterbatch is a kind of masterbatch specially designed for reducing the odor of polypropylene products. Silicate nano-lamellae and nanorods are used as the main additives, and the basic idea is to block small molecular volatile organic compounds and nano-reinforcement, which makes up for the limitations of application caused by the low effective components of reactive deodorizers and adsorption deodorizers, and the reduction of mechanical properties caused by the addition of inorganic adsorbents. This product has no influence on the physical properties and mechanical strength of polypropylene products, and can be widely used in the processing of various PP products, such as automobile interior parts, children's toys, tableware, wood-plastic decorative boards, food packaging bags, office and school supplies, plastic pipes and so on.

Character:

1. Appearance: white and local color master batch;

2. Active ingredients: PP, Si, Al, Mg, Ti, C and other materials;

3. Processing temperature: 180-220℃;

4. Water content: ≤ 0.5%;

5. Suggested addition of master batch: 3~5% (depending on the application).

Features:

1.Directly added, or compatible with traditional rubber-plastic modified extrusion granulation equipment and technology;

2.There is no residue, which has no influence on other properties of the material.
